Dear HSBC Calgary Marathon,

I would like to take this time to personally congratulate you and formally announce that the HSBC Calgary Marathon as the "Top Road Race of 2007 in Alberta", based on direct participant feedback from Alberta's road running community at large.

The award has been tabulated from a Province-wide survey conducted by Athletics Alberta (from March till November 2007) and allowed for all participants to evaluate each race they competed at with the opportunity to provide direct feedback on their experience. The awards were compiled from all Road Races that are included in a Provincial Road Running Series – the Run Alberta Series.
